Monitoring has detected an issue with a core service which has impacted users login to the archive. The technical teams are currently engaged working to get the services operational as a priority.

I am pleased to report that all services are up and operational. The environment is under hightened monitoring for the next 24 hours.

The team have identified a number of Amazon Webservice Service (AWS) machines in an unhealthy state. The team have run a reboot of all the impacted AWS machines and currently running a controlled restart of all impacted services on uk.archive.online system.
Users should be able to login to the archive, however we have paused archiving until all services are fully operational. Journaling to the archive is unaffected.
