Cloud engineers have acknowledged the slow search performance users are reporting. We are restarting the search user interface to help restore optimum search. Inbound flow is ok.
We are investigating the underlying issue.
Cryoserver is fully online and search is back to optimal performance.
Search UI has been restarted and users will be able to login. We are reviewing the underlying cause, look at mitigations and will report back findings.
