EU.Cryoserver.online customers may not be able to login due to a looping issue during the authentication phase.
Please be aware that there is currently an ongoing issue with users unable to login to the Search Interfaces. The Cloud technical teams are engaged working to resolve the issue. An update will be posted as soon as the problem is fixed.
The authentication loop affecting EU.cysoserver.online has now been fully resolved. Cloud Engineering team identified and corrected a fault within the authentication workflow, restoring normal access to the Search Interfaces.
All services are operating as expected, and no further impact is anticipated.
