Search Interface Service Outage Notification

We are currently experiencing an unexpected outage affecting cryoserver.cloud. Search Interface Some customer experiencing intermittent issues searching archive

We are aware of some customers experiencing a slower than expected experience when attempting to submit searches.

The technical teams are investigating this issue and implemented additional logging to identify the root cause. Users are advised to resubmit thier searches if they experience any issues.

We have enhanced automated monitoring and detection of lingering searches and implemented automated restarts for affected search services. Our team will continue to monitor the services to ensure stability.
