Search InterfaceCryoserver Cloud: Problem retrieving a message after search results are presented.
Cryoserver Cloud engineers are investigating the email retrieval issue at present. Search results ok, email retrieval is not returning the email and an error is shown. Next update at 9.30am
Engineers have completed the works, and html emails are being rendered correctly and normal service has been resumed. We would like to apologise for the temporary disruption caused.
When retrieving a message, some html versions of the email body are not displayed correctly and shows an error. Current workaround is to view the plain text version which is retrieved ok and customers can view the text only version of the email by clicking on the Plain Text Tab to view the plain text email version. On behalf of the Cryoserver team apologies for the disruption to the service at this time and we are working as quickly as possible on a resolution. During the next 30 minute period the search interface may be offline for short periods as the engineers work on a resolution. In bound mailflow operational. Next Update at 10.30am
Cloud Engineers have identified the issue and are currently applying a fix to restore email retrieval issue which affects some message types being retrieved from the archive. Next update 10am.
